Become a Guardian!!!

Pictured above are Marla, Stella, Yeti, Marlow, Boomer, Josephine, Stormy, Stevie, and Sinatra. They are all living their very best lives in loving guardian or co-owned homes. My program would not be possible without the help of my amazing guardian families. I keep each of my girls in my home for their entire lives and would never rehome them to make room for breeding age girls. Frenchies that are future mamas and papas are valued family members ahead of anything.

The basic price for a guardian puppy are as follows, but may be slightly more depending on the colour and pattern of the available puppy.

2000.00 with the guardian receiving 5% of profits.

3500.00 with the guardian receiving 10% of profits.

A guardian home is a carefully selected and thoughtfully approved home that takes one of my puppies that I would like to keep in my breeding program on a special contract and at a reduced price. The pup will remain in my program and legally under my ownership/name, but will reside in the guardian home as the family's beloved pet and family member. I have been successfully placing puppies in guardian homes for many years and I do so because this allows my program and bloodlines to continue to grow and thrive while at the same time ensuring that each of my girls and boys are beloved pets first and foremost. This way my dogs in my home and my dogs in guardian homes get to live their best, most loved lives with their families, like they deserve.

The guardian gets a puppy that I have selected to keep in my program to love as a member of their family and the dog comes back to me for breeding and whelping. I do all of the work associated with raising the puppies and finding them loving forever homes. I pay for all costs associated with breeding and raising the litters and my guardian families receive a portion of the profits of each litter or stud job as a thank you.

When the guardian contract has been fulfilled, the dog is spayed or neutered and continues to live life as a loved member of the guardian family and all of the paperwork for the dog transfers to the guardian home.

The responsibilities of a guardian home are to love and provide for the guardian dog as a member of the family and to pay for all normal pet costs such as pet insurance, food, regular checkups etc. They are also responsible for letting me know when the dog is in heat and sometimes taking them for specific pregnancy related bloodwork at my cost.

If this is something you’d like to discuss further, please let me know!

My guardians do have to be Alberta local, within a reasonable drive from Edmonton.
